YS160 DZ / YS160 DZ-M  (with original suspension)

Displacement 26,33cc
Bore 34,00mm
Stroke 29.00mm
Weight 930g
Speed range 2000-11000 U/min

The YS160DZ is a development out of the YS140DZ. In a 140 housing we find more piston displacement and larger turning moment. This engine allows the use of 18” propellers without stressing itself very much. Christophe Paysant-Le Roux could achieve the title at the EM 2006 with this engine. It is an absolutely reliable and matured engine for fastidious pilots. For this engine the original mount or the specially developed Aer Tech suspension should be used.

YS140DZ / YS140DZ-M  (with original soft mounting)

Displacement 23,32cc
Bore 32,00mm
Stroke 29.00mm
Weight engine app. 920g
Weight soft mount app. 80g
Practical rpm 2000-11000
Power app. 3,5 hP

Many top aerobatic pilots (F3A) in the whole world are currently praising the YS140DZ "Dingo", the four-stroke cycle engine of the superlatives. In comparison with the YS140-Limited, Yamada not only succeeded a noticeable increasing performance and power, but also an even more smooth running.
This engine is supplied with a synchronized soft mounting.

YS140 Limited / YS140 Limited-M (with original soft mounting)

Displacement 23,32cc
Bore 32,00mm
Stroke 29.00mm
Weight 890g
Weight soft mount app. 90g
Practical rpm 2000-12000

For years this engine has been established in the aerobatics scene very successfully. In this time it puts his absolute reliability and the pleasant handling in the flight figures (no resonance jump like a two-stroke-cycle engine) under evidence again and again.
However, this engine is also used in Scale-, Semiscale and even in tow-planes. At all these areas of application bribes the optimal weight/power ratio of this engine.
Original suspension of Yamada is recommended.

YS110 FZ

Displacement 18,00ccm
Bore 30,40mm
Stroke 24,80mm
Weight engine app. 728g
Weight muffler app. 45g

The YS110 FZ is recently on the market. The demand for this engine is enormous, therefore it came to delivery delays at the beginning.
The idea was, to pack an 18cc motor in a 15cc housing. Yamada reached the goal to design an engine, which is lighter and nearly as powerful as an 20cc engine. This engine will represent the ideal choice for many models in the future.

YS50ST

Displacement 8,17cc
Bore 22,00mm
Stroke 21,50mm
Weight app. 398g

We had to wait very long for his engine, but finally a 50´s engine is available at Yamada´s. This engine has all advantages which already had been carried out with the YS91ST. First tests showed that the YS50ST will be the engine of the future.

YS91 FZ

Displacement 14,95cc
Bore 27,70mm
Stroke 24,80mm
Weight engine app. 750g
Weight muffler app. 45g

The slogger of the last years. With this engine many pilots were already convinced, that a lot of power can be gained from a 15cc four-stroke cycle engine .

YS63 S

Displacement 10,24cc
Bore 26,20mm
Stroke 19,00mm
Weight app. 460g
Muffler weight approx 35g
Speed range 2000-15000 U/min

With the revision of the YS63FZ Yamada succeeded in launching a fantastic engine. Compared with the YS63FZ we find the following innovations:

The regulator, which was flanged on the front crankshaft range, now is structurally changed and installed to the push rod cases with a plastic owner (thermally insulated). There is no more cylinder line insert in the cylinder head. This results in a better heat dissipation in the head area. The advantage of these constructional changes is a better running of the engine even at extremely unfavorable temperatures.
